You deserve time to slow down and reflect — a space where your inner world is met with curiosity and care. At your pace, we’ll explore how your past has shaped you, making room to feel your emotions instead of pushing them away. Sharing your life can feel incredibly vulnerable, and I believe trust is something we build together over time.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of the patterns we carry began as necessary adaptations to systems that weren’t built with us in mind. In therapy, we explore those adaptations—holding onto what supports you and gently releasing what no longer fits. I believe healing grows within safe, collaborative relationships where you feel respected, affirmed, and empowered.

It is an honor to be a witness to the evolution of your journey of self-discovery. I want to be there for the highs and lows and everything in between. My practice is holistic, meaning that I draw upon many therapeutic approaches and theories that address mind, body, and spiritual wellness. My hope is that the space we co-create allows you to go deep and become empowered to work on your goals.

My role as your therapist is not to fix you, but to understand you. I’m a marriage and family therapist, which means we don’t just look at the problems; we explore the bigger picture. We see how your relationships, family, culture, and lived experiences have impacted you. I use a warm and caring approach as I sit beside you to experience the discomfort. I stay with you and listen so I can show up in a way that helps you feel safe.

I believe that the work of therapy can be sacred and transformative. I strive to co-create an environment of trust, safety, and connection, where all parts of yourself are welcome and tended to with care. I honor the richness of human diversity and view our relationship as central to the healing process.

All of your emotions deserve to be felt, processed, and heard, unconditionally. As a queer therapist, I aim to help you feel present enough to fully experience what’s going on in your life—the heavy and the joyful, the messy and the unconventional. Through talk therapy and playful sprinkles of poetry, music, art, and improv, we can work together to create the safety you need to be vulnerable.

Therapy is a space where you can cultivate self acceptance, understanding, and love. In session we will explore all things that have shaped you to be who you are including childhood, relationships and everyday challenges. We will collaborate creatively to explore your goals and facilitate growth. I believe transparency builds a strong foundation for a trusting relationship. I strive to show up authentically and hope that helps you to do the same.

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable and uncertain. You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out—just a willingness to begin. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and build toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you are becoming.

My work is informed by my own experiences navigating mental and physical health within these systems of racial capitalism and grounded in the principles of Disability Justice. I encourage folks to ease in and ease out of the space. If things feel heavy or tough, I’ll ask what you need to return to your day and offer breathing or movement exercises to close out. Therapy is hard work, things can get harder before they get better, and I want to make sure we’re going at your pace.

I bring warmth and honesty into the space we create together. I see therapy through a liberatory, harm reductionist, and trauma informed lens. I am deeply community minded and relational, while holding onto the realities of inter-generational, systemic, or interpersonal harm. I work alongside you to uncover strengths that are always already there for you to draw from. Life has many pain points; I do not steer clear of them, nor do I ask you to
