Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity for healing. Just like individual therapy, groups meet once a week at the same time each week. These are closed groups, which means that you'll meet with the same group of people each week. This is a way to make deep connections with people who share similar struggles.

Now accepting new members!

Black and Autistic

We're thrilled to invite you to join an exclusive 10-week program designed specifically for Black individuals on the autism spectrum.

In this transformative journey, you'll have the opportunity to explore the intersectionality of your identity, celebrate your unique strengths, and connect with a supportive community of fellow Black autistic individuals. This group offers a safe and understanding space where you can delve into topics such as navigating social dynamics, embracing cultural heritage, understanding sensory processing, and advocating for yourself within both Black and autistic communities.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with autism for years, this program is tailored to meet you where you are on your journey. Join us as we celebrate the richness and diversity of the Black autistic experience. Secure your spot today and embark on this empowering journey of self-discovery and connection.

Jewish Anti-Zionist Group

Many Jewish folks are facing challenges in relationships, in families, and in ourselves as we grapple with witnessing the ongoing violence in Palestine. This will be a place to share our struggles, as well as discussing anti-semitism both past and present, how the issue may be dividing our families, and generational trauma. Are you longing for a therapeutic space to connect and process with other anti-Zionist Jews? Bring your grief, your anger, your self.

Wednesdays at 5 pm
