The pressure to conform can be immense as we twist and hide ourselves under cultural norms - and still, carving our own path can feel daunting, dangerous, and lonely. I will meet you where you are, as you are, and take those new steps with you. Therapy can provide us with concrete tools to try out changes in our lives. It also gives us the space to join one another on a human level, to grow when held steady by a safe and trusting relationship. Whatever your goals are for therapy, I believe you have the innate strength and wisdom to reach them. As we tune into them together, I will meet you with warmth, compassion, and patience.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and grounded in an anti-oppressive framework. I have experience working with individuals navigating interpersonal and systemic trauma, family and relationships, and identity formation. My practice is also informed by my personal journey in therapy and my lived experiences as a queer woman and immigrant.

I am passionate about exploring what it would take for each of us to live with more connection, meaning, and freedom. My hope is that even in the complexities of this exploration, we will find joy and celebration in sessions. It is an honor to be able to do this work, and I'm so glad that you're here.
