psychotherapist
I feel grateful when someone chooses to share their vulnerability and trust me with their deepest parts. I know how difficult that can be, and I strive to create a space that is warm and supportive. I don’t believe anyone is fundamentally broken or needs to be “fixed.” Instead, my goal is to challenge that idea and meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and, when appropriate, lightheartedness and laughter. My lived experience as a queer, neurodiverse, and disabled person helps me understand how to support people navigating diverse challenges. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life.
I gravitate toward experiential approaches, like creative exercises, movement, or reflective activities, as ways to explore feelings and experiences in a hands-on way. I deeply value self-determination, self-compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to show up as a full human, not a blank slate.
For me, the therapeutic relationship itself is central to meaningful growth, and I work to cultivate a space where connection, understanding, and trust can flourish. I am dedicated to being fully present with you and will always arrive ready to meet you where you are at.
