Moving through life can often be isolating. Therapy is a space to find connection and comfort in our present. It is also a tool to challenge the pain or traumas our past experiences have left us with. From the moment we start working together, finding your path towards this growth is a responsibility I share with you.

My practice is anti-oppressive and identity affirming, and I see people through a body, kink, and sex-positive lens. As we build our relationship, I will meet you with flexibility and compassion as I help you deconstruct unhelpful patterns in your life. I am passionate about healing trauma through both didactic and somatic work while the relationship we build together anchors you, helping you to return to your daily life when you leave the space we have built together.

I am informed by my own extensive journey through therapy, including all its successes and disappointments. These experiences taught me that being trans, neurodivergent, queer, poly, or any other divergence from the norm can make finding a positive therapy experience far too challenging. My goal is to affirm and uplift you as the person you want to be while celebrating each step you take to get there.
