psychotherapist

I know what it’s like to feel out of control or alone. Reaching out can feel hard, but those moments are when being truly seen and accepted can make all the difference—for all parts of you, from the beauty to the hurt, the confusion, and the wonder. I offer a space where every part of you is welcome and held with care.

With extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of domestic violence and trauma, and individuals facing addiction, I specialize in areas like kink/BDSM, polyamory and non-monogamy, disability, fat liberation, and interpersonal and sexual trauma. I work with those navigating depression, anxiety, or trauma related to relationships, as well as those seeking an affirming space for exploring and embracing their identities.

Together, we’ll clarify your hopes for our work and design a treatment plan uniquely suited to you, setting the stage for healing, care, and meaningful change.
