I believe that radical change is always possible - and maybe even unavoidable. When you’re suffering, it can feel like things will stay the same forever. However, I believe therapy can be a place to rewrite old stories and come into self-understanding that is more hopeful, expansive, and true. Our relationship is at the core of the work for me, and I am committed to building our space together with warmth and patience.

I’m excited about working with children, adolescents, and adults, and supporting you to rediscover your own strengths, desires, and meanings no matter your age. I bring experience from the worlds of childcare, community organizing, and direct support, all of which informs my clinical practice.

I’m also inspired by queer and trans ancestral wisdom and the ways we have always found to get by, care for each other, and thrive.
