psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Archie! Like the comics, even if I’m more of a Jughead.

I’m a white, queer, transmasc, non-binary man and auDHDer. I’m an Aquarius sun, a stereotypical middle child, and a little bit of a goof. I became a therapist to work with fellow queer, trans, and disabled folks.

My work is informed by my own experiences navigating mental and physical health within these systems of racial capitalism and grounded in the principles of Disability Justice. (Check out Sins Invalid!). I firmly believe therapy is just one component of a full life and hope our work together can help you figure out where you want to go and how to get there.

I have worked with youth, adolescents, and adults navigating neurodivergence, disability, and chronic illness, in higher education and outpatient settings. My approach is integrative, centering our relationship and offering techniques and resources - whether breathing or movement, DBT and ACT, or play and art in session.

I encourage folks to ease in and ease out of the space. If things feel heavy or tough, I’ll ask what you need to return to your day and offer breathing or movement exercises to close out. Therapy is hard work, things can get harder before they get better, and I want to make sure we’re going at your pace. Please note- I mask during in-person sessions.
