Therapy is a space to take a breath and find support as you navigate life and its many joys and challenges. As you shape your therapy experience, I will meet you with warmth, attentiveness, and kindness. Having found my own peace in therapy, I am honored to share a space of vulnerability with my clients. I will work with you to create a space that feels safe and comfortable to explore whatever comes up for you in session. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential and I look forward to working with you to create that relationship together.

I have experience working with the queer and trans community, the unhoused population, and survivors of trauma. Sex, sex positivity, and sexuality are core to much of my work and I believe that each person should have a space to explore their own identities.

I have found great value in exploring somatic connection and mindfulness in therapeutic practices and will work with you to integrate those experiences into your life if that resonates with your needs. It can be challenging to open up and it is my hope to make that experience a comfortable one.
