psychotherapist

Whether you're just beginning or have been engaged in therapy for some time, I aim to provide a supportive environment that honors your experience. I am committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I am an active listener, responsive to each individual’s evolving needs, and believe in meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic process. I believe therapy should be open, accessible, and free of stigma. My goal is to help reduce barriers by fostering a safe, calming space where people can show up authentically and be empowered in their process.

I have experience working with queer and trans children and adolescents, as well as adults navigating OCD, anxiety, grief, depression and perfectionism. Therapy with me is relational—I work to build genuine, trusting connections and remain responsive to the changing needs that naturally arise over time. I look forward to helping you deepen your emotional awareness and growth in ways that feel authentic to who you are and where you've been.

At the heart of my approach is a commitment to providing care, comfort, and a sense of grounding. It’s my belief that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for change—and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths.
