psychotherapist
Under the weight of systemic violence and oppression, the ability to play, to grieve, to laugh, and to cry are all radical acts of resistance. It is my hope as a therapist to build a foundational relationship with my clients as they navigate the dance between their internal and external worlds. My approach encourages clients to bring their full selves to the work through curiosity, memory/dream work, expressive arts, play therapy, storytelling, and genuine connection. Liberation, in all its forms, is at the core of my work; I center the client’s agency and self-exploration above all else.
My background is predominantly with queer & trans children, adolescents, emerging adults, and their families. My clients often hold multiple marginalized identities, inspiring me to specialize in themes of complex trauma, identity formation, meaning-making, gender and sexual exploration, generational trauma, neurodivergence, and attachment.
I love being a therapist because I get to collaborate with incredible people in building a better world for themselves and their community. Outside of therapy, I love to be outdoors, cover everything I own in art, and hang out with my cat. If you are finding yourself curious about working with me, please reach out to see if we might be a good fit!
