psychotherapist

You deserve time to slow down and reflect — a space where your inner world is met with curiosity and care. At your pace, we’ll explore how your past has shaped you, making room to feel your emotions instead of pushing them away. Sharing your life can feel incredibly vulnerable, and I believe trust is something we build together over time. My intent is to hold onto your strengths and humanity, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. I show up with warmth and non-judgment as we work to understand who you are and what you need to flourish. I also hope there's room for laughter, play, and celebration in our sessions.

I am a queer, trans, neurodivergent, and mixed-race therapist, all of which shape my worldview and practice. I am experienced in supporting folks navigating identity, self-worth, oppression, relationships, religious trauma, and life transitions. As a musician and artist, I love working with other creatives and welcome creative expression in our sessions.

Reaching out takes courage, and I honor you for being here. I believe you already carry the capacity for healing, even if it feels far away right now. I do not want to “fix” you, but give you the space to accept yourself as you are – that’s when change is really possible. I look forward to getting to know you!
