Exploring parts of ourselves that feel difficult to understand or accept takes courage and openness. It means showing up fully, with all the emotions, thoughts, and sensations that come with that journey. In the space we create together, I hold that with compassion and respect. I bring a holistic approach that tunes into body, mind, and spirit. I believe seeing experiences through these lenses can open new ways to heal. Growth isn’t always easy it can be confusing, tender, or painful. I draw from the yogic principle of Sthira Sukha, the balance between effort and ease, reminding us to honor our needs with patience and compassion.

As a neurodivergent queer Dominican person, I understand how layered identities and systemic oppression shape mental health and how we move through the world. These lived experiences guide me to hold space with curiosity and care. I know how hard it is to navigate systems not built for us, and I’m here to co-create a space where healing can unfold gently.

If you're seeking a warm, empathic, curious, and affirming space, I hope we create just that. I want our work together to support you in building self-esteem, nurturing self-compassion, feeling safer in your body, finding tools for distress tolerance, and deepening awareness, all in a way that honors your truth and your pace.
