Each individual is the expert on their own life; therapy is a place where one should be able to navigate their own journey. I believe it is my job as a therapist to sit alongside clients in this journey and create a warm, affirming, and trauma-informed space that cultivates healing. Stepping into therapy can be a daunting feat as we are actively approaching a place where we feel vulnerable and are challenging ourselves to break down the walls we have built to protect ourselves. I find this is why my clients value my ability to "keep it real" and make therapy feel more fun, digestible, and down-to-earth when I can.

As a queer, neurodivergent, nerd myself, I love working with clients who may share some of these lived experiences. I specialize in working with queer and trans adults, sex workers, people of color, and survivors of abuse. My practice is heavily informed by activism, trauma-informed care, and client-centered therapy with a strengths-based approach.

Therapy should never be "one size fits all." What's so cool about therapy is how it can look and feel however you want. Whether it's talking it out, making art, listening to music, or playing games, your healing should be tailored to you. I look forward to joining you on your journey to be by your side in accomplishing whatever goals you set for yourself!
