Therapy doesn't have to be scary, but it’s okay to be afraid or nervous. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, being the driver of your change. I'm passionate about exploring how traumas and experiences shape our lives and needs so we can take steps that align with our aspirations. Together, we can explore your needs, goals, and the barriers that you may be facing. Living in a world filled with so many uncertainties and systemic barriers can be exhausting, traumatic, and overwhelming. I hope to address the impact of the systems that affect your life because our struggles are often as complex as we are.

As a queer neurodivergent Latina, I understand how daunting it can be to seek care from professionals without knowing their values. Your autonomy, agency, and safety are important to me, and I hope that throughout our sessions, it is clear that you are the expert on your life and experiences. Sessions with me should feel empowering, warm, and nonjudgmental.

I hope to build a relationship with you that allows you to open up at your pace and to feel valued as you do. I welcome your honesty, uncertainty, feedback, and the full range of your emotions. Your feelings and experiences are worth hearing about, and they will be met with empathy and compassion.
