Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to show up. I aim to create a space that feels open, nonjudgmental, and human, where humor and lightness can coexist with self-work. I tend to be curious and collaborative, offering space to process while also helping identify patterns and explore what feels meaningful. I believe therapy is about doing the work of becoming more self-liberated. I’m especially drawn to conversations around gender, sexuality, and how we perform ourselves in the world.

I’m especially drawn to working with LGBTQ+ folks, and I love talking about sex, relationships, and all the messy, meaningful parts of being human. I'm pursuing my MSW to bring together my interests in psychology with feminist and queer theory, allowing me to learn about mental health through a more critical, anti-racist, and decolonial lens. 

Therapy isn’t easy, it’s work. But the work you put into yourself comes back tenfold. Being human means being completely unique, while still being built for connection, we’re never alone, even when it feels that way.
