In our sessions, I will be a non-judgmental listener first. As our relationship develops, I will work alongside you to set meaningful goals based on your individual needs and support you in achieving them. I hope to create a space in which it is safe to be vulnerable and which promotes self-reflection and exploration. I will help you build a life that is empowering by identifying tools and practicing skills that can be used outside of therapy.
I come to the therapeutic relationship with eight years of experience as a high school teacher, during which I guided young people through all aspects of life: celebrating the wins and providing support through rocky times.
The years I spent teaching, as well as my own experiences in therapy, have solidified my belief that strong, supportive relationships are essential for meaningful growth and healing. I am especially interested in working with people who may struggle with perfectionism, self-worth, self-compassion, and setting boundaries, as well as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and exploration of gender and sexuality.
