Clinical Intern
In a world that rewards constant striving and disconnection from our bodies, I know how hard it can be to make space to feel, rest, and to imagine something different. As a queer, neurodivergent intern therapist, I work with people who are tired of holding it all together. Whether you’re grieving, untangling old beliefs, or trying to find your way back to yourself, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is grounded in the understanding that healing happens in relationship with others and with the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide.
Before returning to school to become a therapist, I spent years doing civil rights and anti-carceral legal work, advocating for people criminalized by the state. That work informs my belief that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, it’s about unlearning the limits imposed by systems that prioritize control over care.
I work with clients navigating grief, burnout, identity exploration, relational challenges, and the impacts of trauma. Our initial sessions are about getting to know your story and crafting a gentle plan that reflects your goals and honors your pace.
