MSW, LCSW
Psychotherapist

I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is a secure and trusting relationship. I want to get to know you in all of your complexity and hear your stories. I want to help you connect what you have been through with what you are struggling with today. My goal is not to fix you, but to join you as you learn to integrate difficult experiences, grow your tool box for getting through what lies ahead, and to make embodied choices that move you towards the life you want to create for yourself.

I am oriented towards relational and attachment-based frameworks and pull from many other theoretical areas. I am an active collaborator with my clients and like to co-construct the therapy space and work towards agreement on where we are going and how to get there. I believe change is slow, incremental, and nonlinear. I believe in the power of long-term relational work where we can approach new challenges through the context of our work together, reflect on patterns as they emerge, and celebrate hard won small changes that can shift the way you move through your life.
