mSW, lsw
psychotherapist

As a therapist, I hold space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, especially within the Black community. I understand how heavy the emotional weight can feel, particularly when compounded by cultural pressures, unspoken expectations, or the simple reality of trying to keep it all together. My work is grounded in affirming your lived experience and creating a space where you don’t have to explain every part of your identity just to feel understood.

I believe in the power of real, open conversation. You don’t have to show up perfect. You are welcome, just as you are. Therapy with me is not about judgment; it’s about connection, reflection, and building trust. Whether you’re dealing with a recent life shift or years of silent struggle, we’ll unpack it together. My role is to walk beside you, ask meaningful questions, and help you explore new ways of thinking and being.

Healing doesn't happen all at once, and that’s okay. I focus on taking small, manageable steps that lead to real change. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and solutions that make sense for your life, not just in the therapy room, but in your day-to-day world. You deserve support that’s culturally aware, empowering, and rooted in your strengths, and I’m here to provide just that.
