Biany's aim is to provide her clients with a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment. She specializes in working with adolescents, college students, women, adults, and the LGBTQ community. Biany believes the therapeutic relationship is essential to the process of wellness and improving one's life. It is through the therapeutic relationship, that people can improve their lives by gaining a better awareness and understanding of themselves. Biany is a queer-affirming, trans-affirming, and culturally sensitive therapist. She is also fluent in Spanish and can work with Spanish-speaking clients.
In her role at Walnut Psychotherapy Center, Biany oversees the process of becoming a Walnut client. She'll be your contact from the waiting list, to an intake appointment, and until you're matched with a therapist.
