Lily Alexander

As a therapist, I believe that we all need to feel heard and witnessed. In saying the unsayable — and being held through it — our shame and pain can start to melt away. In session, my approach is warm, curious, active, and engaged. I am here to discuss everything from life’s small potatoes to life’s deepest challenges.

As a white, queer, nonbinary femme, I have personal and professional experience with queer family-building, exploring alternative family structures, pregnancy/postpartum challenges and mood disorders, and birth trauma. I also work with folks who are navigating issues around emerging adulthood, OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism.

In work with clients, I believe that it is just as important to practice joy, get silly, and dream up new liberated futures, as it is to process the pain and challenges of life.

I look forward to healing & dreaming together!
