Couples Therapy only

If you're experiencing roadblocks in your relationships, I'm here to help. I work with individuals and couples who are interested in working to navigate conflict, strengthen communication, enhance intimacy, and deepen your sense of self, your partner(s), and those difficult patterns you keep butting up against. As a queer couples therapist, I know that it can often feel like there is no roadmap for the relationships ahead of you. I'll be here to guide you with warmth and attention toward the wisdom in your body and the tools you need to listen deeply to one another, so that you can shape the life you want together.

I specialize in working with queer individuals and couples, highly sensitive people (HSP), and folks navigating non-traditional relationship models. I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and often use a blend of parts work, somatic awareness, and traditional talk therapy to help clients look inward.

I enjoy my work with couples, where we can draw from your individual and shared strengths, your experience, your curiosity, and your desire for deeper connection.
