Bela Krifcher

Intern

In a world that tries to mold us into a box of endless productivity, there is little space for self-discovery, deep relationships, or connection to body, mind, and soul. I support those who find themselves outside the box – suddenly understanding that the grind is not the way to feeling fulfilled and joyful. In our sessions, I create an authentic and open space where all of you is welcome - your big feelings, your quirks, your struggles, and your wins. Together, we'll unravel patterns that no longer serve you and build your own unique way of being, using somatic techniques and practical skills to foster self-compassion and growth.

As a queer, neurodivergent, formerly religious therapist who burned out from trying to fit in, I understand the challenges of navigating a world not designed for us. I specialize in supporting those disconnected from their body, sexuality, relationships, or purpose due to trauma, transitions, identity struggles, or societal pressures.

Some days, we'll find practical solutions to immediate fires. Others, we'll explore how past influences present and build new pathways. And sometimes, we'll simply be present in what is - through breathwork, mindfulness, or just lying down and crying (I've been there). Through it all, I'll remind you that you are enough, just as you are - brave and whole.
