Therapy, to me, is a dedicated time for you to be who you are, as you are, and where you are. Understanding healing is not linear, I seek to co-create an affirming, collaborative, and caring space as we work alongside one another. I see people as experts of their own experiences, allowing you to define what success and progress looks like for you as an individual. Believing in the power of affirming services, I strive to help you realize the strengths within you, and identify creative and individualized ways to enhance those strengths to meet your goals.
Guided by anti-oppressive and social justice frameworks, our work together will help you navigate your inner emotional landscape while taking into account the world we live in and the ways our identities shape experiences.
My work is informed by my own lived experience of mental health challenges as well as over ten years of supporting individuals living with disabilities, experiencing hardship, or working through trauma. No matter what the reason you're seeking support, you deserve to feel heard and empowered in who you are, as you are, and where you are.
